Sergeant Timmy Ray Hill of Uniontown, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on November 14, 2024. Tim was born April 9, 1960, in Pikeville Kentucky to Bud Ray Hill and Nancy (P’simer) Hill. Tim joined the United States Marines in 1979 and served until being honorably discharged in 1985. He also retired from Arc Inc after a long career. 

Tim was preceded in death by his parents Bud Ray Hill, Nancy (P’simer) Hill and his sister, Penny Lynn Hill. He is survived by his wife Carla Hill of 44 years; children, Christina Anderson, Timmy (Rebekah) Hill; grandchildren, Deven (Roxanne), Hailey, Evan and Emma; Sibling Dianna Hopkins; and numerous Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, brother and sister in laws and a host of friends. 

Tim loved his family and the Lord with all his heart. He attended the Living Word Assembly Pentecostal Church of God where he would play the guitar and sing for the Lord. Tim loved to be around his family and had a great sense of humor. He loved to make people laugh and smile. He loved to ride motorcycles, fishing, and family get togethers with music and singing. 

A celebration of life will be held November 19, 2024, viewing hours are 1:00 pm-2:00 pm and funeral service starting at 2:00 pm at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave, Barberton Ohio. Officiating the service will be Tim’s Uncle & Pastor, Ray Hylton. The burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery, Akron Ohio.
