Wilem "Wil" Zachary Sheers

Wilem Zachary Sheers “Wil”, age 5, passed away suddenly, June 26, 2023.

Wil was a recent preschool graduate from Isham Elementary School. He was an avid lover of games and was a young art prodigy. He was very adventurous and could often be found climbing and singing songs. He enjoyed taking things apart and attempting to put them back together; he was a future bane of engineers. Wil was certain that he wanted to be like his uncle Chris and be a Police Officer when he grew up. His zest for life and continual need for discovery will be missed by all who knew him.

Wilem was the beloved son of Josh and Kate Sheers and the little brother and partner in crime to his sister, Fela. He is also survived by his grandparents, Brian P. Doyle, Titus and Cynthia Sheers, and Sheila (Tom) Hilsheimer; and many great-grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends, FRIDAY, June 30, 2023, from 5:00-7:00pm at Cox- McNulty Funeral Home, 1376 High Street, Wadsworth.

In Wilem’s honor, the family is requesting contributions of stuffed animals to be brought to the funeral home the day of visitation; they will then be donated to patients at Akron Children’s Hospital.
