William M. DeHart

William M. DeHart, age 79, went Home to be with the Lord on June 9, 2023.

He was born in Akron, Ohio on March 28, 1944, to the late Alfred and Mary DeHart, and resided in Barberton, Ohio where he graduated from Barberton High School. Bill volunteered at Barberton Hospital and the M.A.P.S. museum, was a U.S. Air Force veteran, and a member of the Moose Lodge, Knights of Columbus, and the Barberton VFW.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wives, Marilyn and Lois; son, William Jr.; and brothers, Frank and Bob.

He is survived by his children, Melvin (Denise) DeHart, Michael DeHart, and Melisa (Jerry) Noirot; grandchildren, Travis and Noah DeHart, and Jared, Caleb, Maddie, and Ben Noirot; sister, Margaret “Peg” Palmer; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held, Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 11:00am at Prince of Peace Parish, 1263 Shannon Ave, Barberton. Inurnment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Akron, Ohio.
