Preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Carol Phillips.

He is survived by his wife, DawnMarie Ann Phillips; father, William Lee Phillips; children, Katherine Dawn Phillips, Jacob William Phillips, and Gracie Lynn Phillips; granddaughter, Josey Jane Bennett; sister, Melinda Lee Wilmoth; extended family and friends.
