Preceded in death by grandparents, Wilma and Pete; aunts, Barbara and Sharon Roberts; cousin, Jamie and nephew, Lenny.

Survived by parents, Gary and Denise; brothers, Lenny (Lisa), Mike (Jen), Gary Jr. and Chris; grandparents Gene and Pauline Lavery; aunts and uncles, Char (Mike) Crowder, Janell (Doug) Ott, Kim (Don) Thursby, Nikki (Larry) Roberts and Jerry Roberts; nieces and nephews, Michael Patrick, Meghan, Jaden, and Emma; cousins, Stephanie, Jeremy, Don Jr., Tiffany (Ryan), Julie (Andy), Paul (Cassey), Albert, Christina, Shane, Michael and Matt; many other relatives and friends.
