Jack D. Oxford Jr.

BARBERTON-Jack D. Oxford Jr., 48, passed away suddenly on October 8, 2016.

Preceded in death by his father, Jack D. Oxford Sr. and his mother Dona Jean Oxford.

Survived by his wife of 23 years, Beth; sons, Ethan and Xander; sisters, Julie Narzisi (Chris), Melanie Newman (Darrell) and Kathy Spellman; numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

Jack was a lifelong resident of Barberton and graduated from Barberton High School in 1986.  He worked for Reduction Engineering/MAAG for the past 13 years.  Jack was a devoted and loving husband and an exceptional father.  He was a great brother and steadfast friend.  There was nothing he wouldn’t do for someone, all they had to do was ask.  To know Jack was to love him.

Funeral service will be Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Cox-McNulty Funeral Home, 222 Norton Ave, Barberton.  Family will receive friends from 4:00 PM until the time of service at 7:00 PM on Thursday.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to One of A Kind Pet Rescue, 1929 W. Market St, Akron, OH  44313.
