James W Crooks

James W. Crooks, age 61, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2017. He was born on December 20, 1955 in Rochester, NY.

Preceded in death by parents, Walter Sr., and Janet Crooks.

Survived by wife of 21 years, Vera Crooks; step-children, Gene, Marty, and Rebecca; siblings, Mary A. Peaty, Thomas (Dollie), Robert (Valerie), Bonnie (David) Makowski, and Walter Jr. (Cathy); many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Memorial services will be held, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 2:00pm at Victory Chapel Church, 32 W. Bellisle, Akron. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00pm at the Church.

Donations may be made to Victory Chapel in James’ name.
