Bordonaro Family,

We are soooo saddened by the loss of our beloved Don. Our relationship grew into a family more than friendship connection over many years. Jim and Don shared phone conversations daily bout various basketball and football games, helping Don make car purchase decisions, general chit chat, and if nothing else just to keep tabs on Don and his well being. The years have passed far too quickly, but all was a fabulous journey that will not be forgotten and definitely will continue in the heavens above.

Papa Don. You will never know how much you meant to me. Mckayla, Jimmy & Bryce. You have always treated my kids like your own grandkids. You always made us feel like one big happy family not just Jim's side. Football season will not be the same. We love you & will miss you. Papa Don.

As I heard of his passing this morning all I could think was what a reunion there is up there. I could see the smile on Leaker's face as she welcomed him home and all our other loved ones too. Seems more have passed than are left and it saddens me but I know one day we'll all be together again. I hadn't seen uncle Don in many years but always loved him. Wish I could be there with you but know you're all in my prayers.
